Reviewing System
The general aim of this application is to carry out an initial investigation into the potential use of augmented paper technologies in a specific working environment that relies heavily on the production and processing of paper documents. The environment that we have chosen is the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNF) where hundreds of research project proposals have to be evaluated each year by committees consisting of scientific experts from universities and organisations spread across Switzerland. The introduction of augmented paper technologies in the reviewing process could help to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
