Background
David Simmen studied computer science at ETH Zürich until 2010. In September 2010 he got his MSc degree with a major in information systems. He wrote his master thesis on the topic of low level storage providers and their transparent usage within the GlobIS group.
Having completed his master studies, David worked in industry for six months before he joined the GlobIS group as a research assistant continuing his work with OMS Avon.
